Questions & Answers is a feature that allows users to ask questions about a property, and to get quick answers from property representatives, past reviewers and other members of our inspiration community. All questions and answers must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Content must be family friendly.

• No questions or answers are permitted from users under the age of 13.

• Each user is permitted only one account/screen name.

• Content must be original. Copied and pasted questions or answers are not permitted, even if you own the copyright to the source material.

• Links or contact information of any kind may not be included in questions or answers.

• If you are a property owner or representative, you must disclose your affiliation with your property when asking or answering questions. To answer a question about your property, you must be registered and verified as an owner or representative.

• Questions posted on a property’s listing must be directly relevant to a stay at that property. Questions about the property or services nearby (as they pertain to a property stay) are permitted; questions about other properties should be asked on the listing for each property. If you have questions about multiple properties, please ask on each property’s listing or use our forums. General questions about travel to a destination may also be asked in our forums, where available.

• The Questions & Answers feature is a trip-planning tool. It is not the appropriate venue for reviews or for questions or comments about a past stay. Please submit reviews using the “Write a Review” button on the property’s listing. Please contact the hotel directly for booking enquiries, or search availability from the property's listing. Questions may be answered by property owners/representatives, past reviewers or other members of our community. Please do not direct questions toward a specific owner or past reviewer.

• Answers should directly answer the question asked. Please keep answers as objective and to-the-point as possible. Please keep in mind that Questions & Answers is not a discussion forum. All answers should be relevant to the original question asked, and follow-up questions should be asked as separate questions.

Free your imagionation team reserves the right to remove any question or answer for any reason. We'd like to keep removal of questions and answers to a minimum, but we will take the necessary action to keep the feature helpful and welcoming. How often can I write a review?

 

 

You may write one review on any given accommodation, restaurant, or attraction per visit. Members may submit subsequent reviews for additional visits as follows:

• Accommodations & Attractions: Reviews for subsequent visits may be submitted three months after the publication of your last review.

• Restaurants: Reviews for subsequent visits may be submitted one month after the publication of your last review.

• Holiday Rentals: Reviews for holiday rentals are accepted for the current calendar year, and the two calendar years prior.

If you would like to change or edit a review you wrote, please contact us and request that your old review be removed so you can resubmit it with changes.
